The slab on grade foundation accommodates accessibility and the ability to age in place, yet the design can easily be adapted to meet unique client needs and site conditions.
HFA consulted with Attune Homes to provide an affordable design and construction package for the homeowner. Clients who use Attune Homes to build the Cypress ADU will have the cost of the plans deducted from the build cost.
