We offer the following: ADU Permit Drawing Sets which are pre-approved in the City of Raleigh and ready-to-permit for other municipalities; custom architecture services from pre-design through construction administration; design consultation.
Our Approach
As a small firm, we maintain close working relationships with our clients. We are also versed in collaboration and work with other small firms, designers, artists and builders. We typically select projects based on their merits of social, environmental and economical design.
Heather Ferrell, AIA, NOMA, SEED AP
Heather is a native of Durham, NC and has lived most of her life in the Triangle area. After studying architecture on the west coast and working in New England, she has settled back in the Triangle with her husband and two sons. She focuses her work within the arena of Public Interest Design and prioritizes working with non-profit organizations and clients who want to have a positive impact on their community.
She is a member of the SEED Network, the Association for Community Design, the National Organization of Minority Architects, and is the Executive Director of Prism Design Lab.
She earned a BS of Anthropology from NC State University and a Masters of Architecture from the University of Oregon. She is a registered architect in the states of North Carolina and Massachusetts.
